Yes there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run, there's still time to change the road you're on.

He's got a point. GM is the closest to going under (so they should be the first to file under Chapter 11, not get a bailout, but whatever - who cares about bankruptcy laws when the government will bail you out anyway!).
